FAQs
We have an ERP that does not have an API (does not support integration). How do we ensure consistency of information in SuperWise and ERP?
When ERP tools do not support integration, we provide Export functionality customization. With SuperWise Project Management Software, you can export information in formats that are readable by your ERP and manually have the files imported in the ERP to maintain consistency of information.
Do you charge for integrating with third-party applications?
No. There is no charge for using out-of-the-box integrations that we offer with QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, MS Project, Oracle Primavera or other ERP software. If you are using an application that has an API, including Zapier-led workflow tools, we do not charge for enabling integration with that application.
Can SuperWise work with Zapier or other API-first automation tools?
Yes. When your workflow tool exposes an API, SuperWise can participate in API-led automation flows, including Zapier-connected workflows, so project updates can move between reporting, planning, ERP and communication systems.
