Definition

The Daily Progress Report (DPR) is an operational document logged at the end of every shift by site supervisors. It captures exactly what tasks were executed, how much labor and machinery were deployed, which materials were consumed, and notes any weather delays or site hindrances.

Practical Example

A supervisor logs a DPR stating that today they completed 50 cubic meters of concreting on Slab 2. They employed 15 carpenters and 20 unskilled laborers, used 1 pump pour concrete, and faced a 2-hour delay due to severe rain.

Application in Superwise

Superwise automates the DPR generation. Instead of writing long reports, supervisors update task progress, log attendance, and record issues directly from the Superwise Mobile App. The system aggregates this real-time data into professional, board-ready Daily Progress Reports shared instantly with project owners.
