Practical Example
A Gantt chart shows that "Foundation Excavation" runs from Day 1 to Day 10. The next task, "Pouring Concrete," is linked to excavation and cannot begin until Day 11. If excavation is delayed by two days, the visual Gantt chart shifts the entire dependent sequence of tasks, clearly illustrating the new critical path.
